The Chest Pain Center model is an operational model that charts the course for correctly and consistently diagnosing and treating patients with ACS. The Chest Pain Center model has evolved over the past two decades in step with advances in the peer-reviewed literature and technology.
The goal of the Seventh Congress is to present the Chest Pain Center model as an overarching strategy for facilities as they strive to correctly and consistently diagnose and treat patients with ACS. Acknowledged leaders will define the eight Key Elements of a Chest Pain Center and how they function together as a whole.
The 7th Congress provides an excellent opportunity to discuss key issues with experts in panel discussion format.

CPC Financial Workshop: �Show Me The Money�
This Society sponsored pre-conference seminar is designed to assist facilities maximize reimbursement for Chest Pain Services and to achieve an understanding of Chest Pain Finances. Sandra Sieck, RN, a sought after consultant in Chest Pain Center reimbursement will co-present with Tom Graham, an expert in Chest Pain Center financial forecasting, modeling, and tracking. This highly informative seminar will not only assist with maximizing net revenue, but also assist with demonstrating the Chest Pain Center as a profit center. Format includes lecture and small group question and answer.

Pre-conference Accreditation Review Workshop
This Society sponsored workshop is designed to assist facilities in their preparation for a Society accreditation review. Participants will learn the criteria for review, the review process, and what qualifies a facility for accreditation.
