Resort Accommodations
If you desire accommodations, the Society has arranged a special room rate of $199.00 + applicable taxes per evening at the Gaylord Palms Resort.
Make your room reservations directly with the Gaylord Palms Resort by calling 1-407-586-0000. You will need to identify yourself as a participant of the Eleventh Congress of Chest Pain Centers to receive this special rate. There are a limited number of rooms available at this special rate and this rate will expire on March 31, 2008. Reservation requests received on or after April 1, 2008 will be accepted if space is availability however, the prevailing rack rates will apply for any reservations made on or after April 1, 2008.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm / Check-out time is 11:00 am
The Gaylord Palms Resort has a two-day cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend the Congress, you are responsible for calling the hotel directly to cancel your reservation. The Gaylord Palms Resort will charge your credit card for being a no-show.

If you plan to ride an airport shuttle van from the Orlando International Airport , Mears is the recommended airport shuttle service. You can access the Mears Online Reservation System at www.mearstransportation.com to reserve a round-trip or one-way shuttle, or call Mears at 407-839-1570. Mears provides 24-hour shuttle service to and from the Orlando International Airport , their 24-hour reservations number is 407-423-5566.

CME - Physicians
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essentials Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of the University of Massachusetts Medical School (UMMS) and Society of Chest Pain Centers. The University of Massachusetts Medical School is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The UMMS designates this continuing medical education activity for a maximum of 21,25 AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s) ™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Approved by the American College of Emergency Physicians for 21.25 hours of ACEP Category I credit.
CONTACT HOURS - Nurses
This offering meets the requirements for 27 contact hours for nurses as specified by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in nursing (244-CMR 5.04). Each nurse should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity .
