Accreditation Toolkit

The Accreditation Toolkit bundles a number of different services and best practice items together that are designed to assist your hospital on its path toward a successful accreditation.  The components of the toolkit are:

• Accreditation Manual – contains the required application documents.

• Access to Shared Practices - learn about successful patient care processes and procedures that other healthcare facilities have used in treating a variety of coronary diseases.

• Access to Online Discussion Forum - engage in dialogue with other facilities seeking accreditation.

• Access to Ask-the-Experts Sessions - our Accreditation Review Specialists answer questions about accreditation criteria during these call-in sessions.

• Access to Accreditation Workshops - learn to navigate through the application process by participating in an interactive classroom-style presentation.  The Accreditation Toolkit includes participation for one facility representative at this workshop. The workshop fee for all other attendees is $495 each.

• Access to Accreditation-Related Webinars – watch informative web-based presentations that focus on content specific to the Chest Pain Accreditation.

• Access to Clinical Criteria Hotline - For those who purchase the toolkit we offer a special phone number for you to call to speak directly with an Accreditation Review Specialist about specific clinical questions as you work through the accreditation process.
