Each member of the Society of Chest Pain Centers (SCPC) Board of Trustees, or any of its Committees shall disclose to the Board of Trustees any personal interest which he or she may have in any matter pending before the SCPC that poses or could potentially appear to pose a conflict of interest and shall refrain from participation in any decision on such matter.

Any member of the SCPC Board of Trustees, any Committee, or Staff shall refrain from obtaining any list of SCPC members for personal or private solicitation purposes at any time during the term of their affiliation.
